Inspired by the flourishing fuchsias in my own garden, this Paper Fuchsia Plant was created in collaboration with Amy of Rock the Heirloom. Amy suggested this striking bloom — one of her favourites — and I immediately turned to my garden, plucking a few stems to study before reimagining them in paper. The result is a sculptural piece that captures the flower’s cascading beauty in a form that lasts.
Each bloom is cut, shaped, and hand-painted in our Manchester studio from fine crepe paper, capturing the delicate textures and graceful curves of real flowers. Set in a distressed terracotta pot filled with preserved moss, the plant carries a rustic, timeworn charm that pairs effortlessly with antique furnishings, natural linens, and heritage-inspired interiors.
This potted paper plant offers a sustainable way to bring the romance of the cottage garden indoors — no watering or maintenance required, yet it will continue to flower beautifully for years. To preserve its colour, it has been lightly treated with UV protection; simply keep away from direct sunlight and humidity.
Also available through Rock the Heirloom, where it joins Amy’s thoughtful curation of vintage treasures for the home.
