Frequently Asked Questions
How are the paper flowers packaged?
Each paper flower arrangement is carefully and thoughtfully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. While the flowers may look delicate, they are surprisingly robust. To protect them during transit, I use sturdy, heavy-duty boxes and nestle each piece securely with a generous amount of kraft or shredded paper for cushioning.
The terracotta pots are also wrapped and supported with plenty of packing material to prevent any shifting or breakage. Occasionally, you might spot some bubble wrap—this is always reused from packaging I receive from my suppliers. I’m committed to sustainability, so I aim to use little to no plastic whenever possible.
If your order is a gift, I’d be happy to include a gift card with your personal message inside the box—just let me know when you make your purchase! To keep the surprise intact, I don’t put any identifying labels on the outside of the box. However, you (or the lucky recipient) will probably guess it’s something special thanks to the generous number of “fragile” stickers all over the package.
Each parcel is clearly and securely labeled for the shipping carrier. Once your order is on its way, I’ll send you a tracking number and link so you can follow its journey. Most parcels are shipped with tracking and will require a signature upon delivery to make sure it’s handed to someone at your home or business.
If you have any special requests or questions about your delivery, feel free to reach out—I'm always happy to help!
